個人肖像、名字被擅自使用於商業目的，南韓藝人裴勇俊、張東健、少女時代等59人，據南韓媒體報導，已在6月間集體控告網路購物運營商e-bay韓國等。

南韓中央日報報導，e-bay韓國（G Market‧Auction）和SK Planet（11號街）業者，遭裴勇俊等群星向首爾中央地方法院提起損害賠償訴訟，理由是侵犯「公開權」（right of publicity）。報導引述法界人士指出，2010年SM、JYP、Key east等經紀公司簽訂關於明星「公開權」的協議，並把相關事宜交由法律處理。這次訴訟是由於一些公開市場擅自使用明星的名字和照片，在產品貼上「某某開衫」、「某某風褲子」等招徠消費者。報導說，此案已在21日舉行首次辯論庭。不過，南韓法律沒明文規定「公開權」條款，所以法院判決是否支持藝人，也引起關注。
